HAPPY NEW YEAR BROTHER. Did I type that loud enough? Great message. Just yesterday we were first in on a house fire. While the crews were overhauling, I was wetting down the debris they would bring out. Found a Navy Challenge coin in one of the many loads. Made sure to hand it back to the home renter. Said he pulled 20 years. I told him my dad(USMC) thought the Navy had great chow and gave a good taxi ride. Got a smile out of him. Don’t know if it made a big difference but he did smile for a brief minute. Save the shoes. Have to remember that one. As always, stay safe Brother.
